3 Way Neck Stretch

Having some neck soreness from looking at that computer monitor all day? This stretch is

designed to relieve tension in the cervical muscles. For more of stretch, over pressure

can be applied by using two fingers to assist in the direction of the stretch.

To perform this 30 Second Stretch

Cervical Flexion / Extension

  • Tilt your head upwards.

  • Hold for 15 seconds.

  • Slowly return back to looking straight ahead.

Repeat looking downwards for another 15 seconds.
